Weekly Reports You Can Actually Use
Most agency reports are designed to make the agency look good. Ours are designed to let you make business decisions. Every Monday you get one document with the same KPIs, the same format, and a written commentary on what changed and why.

What's In Every Weekly Report
Header: the headline numbers
Spend, blended CAC, blended ROAS, conversions, week-over-week delta, month-to-date pacing against target.
Per-channel breakdown
Each platform: spend, CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, with green/red flags vs the previous 4-week rolling average.
Creative leaderboard
Top 10 and bottom 5 creatives by spend, with thumbnails, hook type, format and CPA. So you can see what's working, not just what we promoted.
Funnel-stage attribution view
TOFU / MOFU / BOFU spend mix and contribution. Critical for understanding why bottom-funnel CPA is moving the way it is.
Written commentary
A paragraph from your account manager explaining what we changed last week, what we observed, and what we're testing this coming week. No filler, no jargon.
Next-week test plan
The specific creatives, audiences, bid changes and structural tests we'll ship in the upcoming week.
Reporting Tools We Use
- ›Looker Studio dashboards refreshed live (you get the link)
- ›Triple Whale or Northbeam for blended attribution (e-commerce)
- ›Polar Analytics or Sourcetable for fintech / lead-gen
- ›Server-side conversion APIs into every platform
- ›Raw data export to your warehouse on request (BigQuery, Snowflake)
What We Don't Report
We don't report impressions as a primary KPI. We don't report 'engaged sessions'. We don't report inflated last-click ROAS without showing blended next to it. If a number isn't connected to revenue or pipeline, it doesn't go in the headline.
Every retainer client gets the same report structure on the same day each week. Account managers spend roughly 90 minutes per client per week on the report, because reporting is part of the work, not an afterthought.
